How to Prepare Chia Seeds Water

  • Wash 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds in water for a minute, add to 1 glass of water, soak overnight, and drink in the morning.

  • As chia seeds absorb a lot of water and swell up, they can be swallowed or chewed by mouth as desired.

  • Dietary fibre in Chia Seeds encourages prebiotics to grow in your gut in addition to promoting bowel movements.

  • As chia seeds are rich in protein and fibre, they also reduce your appetite, which makes losing weight easier.

  • Chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce blood pressure and prevent heart disease. Also, it improves joint and bone health and decreases liver fat.

  • It's great for your dental health to consume chia seeds, as they help strengthen your teeth.



  • Age-Wise Drinking Dose and Benefits:

    Children:

  • For children over 4-5 years old, ¼ cup with 1 tea spoon of chia seeds in the morning is sufficient.

  • It helps to relieve constipation and prevents obesity as well.

  • You can also add rock sugar while soaking the seeds.

  • Furthermore, it can help with vomiting as well as dyspepsia or stomach upsets.

  • Adults:
