How to Prepare Bengal Gram Water

  • Soak 3 teaspoons of Bengal gram splits in a glass of water overnight.

  • Take this water in the morning, and 3-4 times a whole day.

  • They also can be taken with the soaked splits with the water for more benefits.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Glass/ Silver/ Earthen.


  • Health Benefits of Bengal Gram Water

  • In summer or hot weather, Bengal gram water has a soothing and cooling effect on the body.

  • In menstruation-related problems or after injuries, it helps reduce bleeding or oozing.

  • Additionally, it is beneficial for stomach health.



  • Age-Wise Drinking Dose and Benefits:

    Children:

  • For children aged 5-10, ¼ cup with 1 teaspoon of soaked splits in the morning is sufficient.

  • It helps to boost the growth and development of the body and muscles.

  • Furthermore, it improves the stamina and efficiency of the children.

  • Adults:

  • 1 cup in the morning or 3-4 cups in a day.

  • It helps to soothe the body since hyperacidity or dyspepsia is more common at this age.

  • It relieves back pain, weakness, and high blood flow during menstruation in women at this age.

  • It also helps to reduce excessive bleeding if taken with soaked splits.

  • Elders:

  • Twice or thrice daily, one cup in the morning, and one cup before meals.

  • It helps to reduce stomach pain or belching.

  • In elders, it is better to take the splits to eliminate constipation.
