Therapeutic Uses

1. Kustha - ghee prepared with mokshaka is applied externally in skin diseases.
2. Krimi - root decoction is beneficial in worm infestation.
3. Grahani - alkali of mokshaka with ghee is beneficial in irritable bowel syndrome.

Dose

Alkali - 0.5- 1 gm, bark powder - 1-3 gm, decoction - 10-20 ml
