Madhumehahara (anti-diabetic), Deepan(Increase Appetite), Stranshana (Purgative), Kasahara (Anti-Cough), Krimighna (Anti-Helminthic), Jwarahara (Anti-Pyretic)

Therapeutic Uses

1. Madhumeha - leaves juice with honey is given in high sugar levels.
2. Vrana - leaves paste is applied to the wound for quick healing.
3. kasa - in chronic cough, leaves juice is useful to induce remedial vomiting.

Dose

Powder - 1-2 gm, root - 3-4 gm (for inducing vomit)
